1. Creamy Hidden-Veg Pasta (15 Minutes, Tops)




Why it works: Fast, filling, and picky-eater friendly. 


Ingredients:


Pasta of choice


Cream cheese


A splash of milk


Steamed hidden veggies blended smooth (spinach, carrots, or butternut)

Serve with: A sprinkle of cheese and toast soldiers.


2. DIY Chicken Wrap Night




Why it works: Toddlers feel in control when they “build” their own. 


Ingredients:


Shredded rotisserie chicken


Tortilla wraps


Grated cheese


Diced tomato


Cucumber


A dollop of yogurt 



Mom tip: Use divided plates to let them choose their fillings. 


3. Freezer-Friendly Cottage Pie




Why it works: Make once, eat twice. 

Ingredients:

Ground beef or mince

Mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)

Mashed potatoes 


Mom tip: Bake in muffin tins for “mini pies” that are perfect for toddler portions.
